This guest bedroom was particularly special to the owners as they didn’t want it to be just a basic neutral guest bedroom that anyone could feel comfortable in. They wanted me to design it to the taste of their mom who comes to live with them for months at a time. 

I happened to meet this very special lady once, and the vibe I got from her was different from women her age. She is stylish and carries herself extremely well. Her style is not trendy or fashionable but very artsy. Her roots are in the eastern part of India, where art, music, and culture are very highly valued. But she is something else, you know! Her presence exudes an unforgettable fun and tasteful vibe.

I tried to capture her essence in this bedroom that mixes a variety of styles in a unique and fresh way. The entire space is conceived as a piece of art.
